STATIC SYSTEM
The STATICSYSTEM range of furnaces includes static discontinuous incinerators with horizontal primary chamber, designed for the thermal destruction of small quantities of organic origin waste materials.
They can solve many incineration problems, by treating the waste produced by small/medium breeding plants, slaughtering, doghouses, and so on. They are especially useful for small – medium sized domestic animals and pets cremation.
The design of these incinerators is in accordance with the actual legislation in force as to animal by-products disposal (CE Regulation n. 1774/2002).
The STATICSYSTEM incinerating equipment is supplied as “package” unit and will require only easy and reduced civil works. In many case the installation in existing buildings is available.
ROTOMEC
The ROTOMEC range of furnaces are discontinuous operation incinerators with horizontal rotary type primary chamber. They are designed for thermal destruction of several kind of waste materials, mainly of organic origin.
The main advantage of the rotary combustion chamber (in comparison with static chamber) is that it allows to treat substances even with high moisture content or including components of low calorific value, accelerating, with the rotation, the moisture evaporation and the waste incineration processes.
They can solve many standard incineration problems, to treat waste of high content of moisture: as organic wastes from slaughtering houses, from fish processing, fruit and vegetables refuses, and/or carcasses of animals.
ROP
The ROTOMEC range of furnaces are discontinuous operation incinerators with horizontal rotary type primary chamber. They are designed for thermal destruction of several kind of waste materials, mainly of organic origin.

RP
The RP series of furnaces are incinerators with rotating combustion chamber that operate according to the controlled-air combustion principle (often wrongly called “pyrolytic”). They are designed to destroy a wide range of solid wastes, from solid urban wastes to organic refuse, as well as from hospital waste to high calorific value industrial wastes.
These plants are thus suitable for use in numerous civil and industrial applications.
The special design of these furnaces is such as to easily overcome problems relating to disposal in accordance with applicable regulations.
